🕒 Order Cancellation & Modification
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it.
To do so, please provide your order number and the requested modification via our contact form
- Within 12 hours: Order cancellation or edits are free of charge
- After 12 hours: The order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled
🔁 Return & Replacement Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided your item meets one of the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The product received is significantly different from what was described
- The package was lost in transit (after verification with the carrier)
We prioritize replacements over refunds wherever possible. If a replacement is unavailable or not preferred, a refund will be issued.
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or incorrect product ordered
- Refusal to receive the delivery
- Item lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or installation
- Missing packaging, tags, or original accessories
📦 Return Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase
A photo of the item may be required prior to approval for return.
💳 Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
📬 Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is caused by us (e.g. wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover all return shipping costs
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. incorrect order), the customer is responsible for return shipping

If your package was:
- Delivered to the wrong address by mistake
- Marked as delivered but not received
